RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
I require a 48+ hour notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. This time frame allows me to book someone else in your place. Your appointment will be held with a credit card. A confirmation email and text will be sent out 3 days prior to your appointment. Confirmation is required. If you cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour window of your appointment, you will be charged a non-refundable 50% of the estimated service(s) to be rendered. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged a non-refundable 100% of estimated service(s) to be rendered. You may reschedule that appointment within a two-week time frame as well as with the understanding that what you were charged WILL roll over into the rescheduled appointment. Contact will be attempted within this time frame to ensure understanding for rescheduled your appointment. If you do not respond, you will be counted as a no show.
SICK POLICY:
If you are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment at the sign of your first symptom. If you are within the 48 hour window of your appointment OR wake up the day of your appointment not feeling well/full blown sick, PLEASE RESCHEDULE. You will be charged a non-refundable 50% of the estimated service(s) to be rendered, and this amount charged will be rolled over and applied to your rescheduled appointment. You will not loose your money. Illness in the shop results in canceled appointments on my end too and spreads it to my family, as well as exposing those who may have compromised immunity, whether it is clients or family members.
NO SHOW POLICY
No shows will be charged a non-refundable 100% of the estimated service(s) to be rendered. When no-showing, any and all future booked appointments must be paid in full upon day of booking. There are no refunds.
LATE POLICY
If you are late, I still may be able to take you depending on the service(s) being rendered. I will do my best to complete your service but please be prepared to forfeit some of your service if you are late to your appointment. You will still be charged the entirety of the service you booked. I do run on a tight schedule in order to accommodate as many people as possible into my day. You will be contacted within 15 minuets of your scheduled appointment time. If you do not respond, you henceforth forfeit your whole appointment and will be marked as a no show and charged a non-refundable 100% of the estimated service(s) to be rendered.
General Policies
ALL Credit card transactions via tap, swipe, or card on file, will be charged a 3% fee. You can completely avoid this by paying via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash. Checks not accepted.
PLEASE DO NOT WEAR LIGHT COLORS TO A COLOR APPOINTMENT. I am not liable if color gets on you lightly colored clothing during your color service.
I do not service children under the age of 13 years of age.
For your comfort and safety, please notify me if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert me immediately.

Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let me know during your service or within 7 after your service has been performed. I am committed to making any needed corrections within certain perimeters of services. There are no refunds.
I have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving or speaking improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
